ViewMonaco’s business-facing services and all paid services are offered exclusively on a business-to-business (B2B) basis. By submitting or claiming a business listing, creating a business account, purchasing a plan, ordering advertising or using another business-facing service, you represent and warrant that:
- you are acting exclusively in a business or professional capacity and not as a consumer;
- you have authority to act for and legally bind the relevant business, professional activity or organisation;
- all legal, registration, billing and tax information provided to ViewMonaco is complete, accurate, valid and current;
- the service is being obtained for purposes directly connected with the customer’s business or professional activity.
ViewMonaco may request documents or additional information to verify the customer’s identity, business status, authority to act and tax position. ViewMonaco may reject an application or order, suspend access or terminate a business account where the required status or authority cannot be verified, or where false, incomplete, expired or misleading information has been supplied.
6. User Accounts
Certain features of ViewMonaco may require registration or account creation, including submitting listings, claiming business profiles, publishing events, leaving reviews, contacting businesses through forms or accessing paid services.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.

8. Claimed and Verified Listings
ViewMonaco may allow businesses to claim or verify their listings.
A claimed or verified listing indicates that a person or entity has requested control or management of that listing and has completed the verification process required by ViewMonaco.
Claimed or verified status does not guarantee the quality, legality, reliability, financial standing, professional qualification, regulatory compliance or reputation of the business. Unless expressly stated for a specific service, ViewMonaco does not verify or certify professional licences, governmental authorisations, registrations, insurance cover or legal entitlement to conduct a regulated activity.
Users remain responsible for carrying out their own checks before contacting, visiting, booking, purchasing from or entering into any agreement with a listed business.
9. Events
ViewMonaco may display events taking place in Monaco and surrounding areas.

13. Business Services, Prices, VAT and Invoicing
ViewMonaco may offer business plans, subscriptions, featured listings, advertising spaces, premium visibility, sponsored placements, event promotions, business profile upgrades and other commercial or promotional services.
All such services are supplied exclusively on a business-to-business basis. Consumers acting for personal, family or household purposes are not eligible to purchase them.
The description, duration, price, renewal conditions and specific features of each service will be stated on the relevant page, order form, checkout, invoice, contract or written communication. Where specific Business Terms apply to a service, those Business Terms form part of the agreement and prevail over these Terms of Use in the event of a conflict concerning that business service.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all prices displayed or communicated by ViewMonaco are expressed in euros and exclude Value Added Tax (VAT) and any other applicable taxes.
The applicable tax treatment is determined according to the customer’s business status, place of establishment, billing information, VAT identification number or equivalent tax information, and the laws in force at the time of the transaction.
Where the applicable legal requirements are satisfied, ViewMonaco may issue an invoice without Italian VAT and the customer may be required to account for VAT under the reverse-charge or autoliquidation mechanism applicable in the customer’s jurisdiction.
In particular, where a business customer established in Monaco provides valid business and tax information and the applicable B2B conditions are satisfied, the service may be invoiced without Italian VAT. The customer remains responsible for any VAT accounting, reverse-charge, autoliquidation, declaration or payment obligation arising in Monaco or under the rules applicable to the customer.
If the customer’s business or tax status cannot be verified, or if the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, invalid or expired, ViewMonaco may request additional information, reject or suspend the transaction, or charge VAT and any other taxes required by applicable law.
The customer is responsible for providing and maintaining complete, accurate and valid legal, billing and tax information before purchasing or renewing a service, and for complying with all accounting, reporting and tax obligations applicable in its place of establishment.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, payment for a promotional service does not guarantee any specific number of views, clicks, leads, bookings, sales, rankings, reservations or other commercial results.
ViewMonaco may refuse, suspend or remove a paid promotion that breaches these Terms, the applicable Business Terms or applicable law, or that may damage the reputation, security or integrity of the platform.
14. No Involvement in Transactions
ViewMonaco is not involved in transactions, negotiations, bookings, reservations, payments, refunds, disputes, deliveries or communications between users and businesses, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Any relationship between a user and a listed business, advertiser, organiser or third party is strictly between those parties.
ViewMonaco is not liable for:
- the quality, availability or legality of third-party services;
- prices, offers, promotions or commercial conditions displayed by businesses;
- failed bookings, cancellations or disputes;
- payments made outside the website;
- damage, injury, loss or dissatisfaction arising from a third-party service;
- any contractual obligations between users and third parties.
