If your business already has a profile on ViewMonaco, an authorised representative can request access directly from the listing page. Claim requests are reviewed before the profile is assigned to an account.
A claim may be submitted by the business owner, legal representative, authorised employee, or an agency or professional acting with the business’s permission.
Search ViewMonaco or browse the directory to locate the existing profile for your business.
Visit the business profile and select “Claim Now” to begin the request.
Sign in or create a ViewMonaco account, then provide your contact and business verification details.
The ViewMonaco team reviews the request. Once approved, the profile is linked to your account.
If you cannot find your business on ViewMonaco, do not submit a claim. Select “Add Your Business” and follow the new listing submission process instead.
The verification requirements may vary depending on the business and the information available. ViewMonaco may request one or more of the following:
Your name, position, business email address, telephone number and the official company website.
Information or documentation showing that you own, manage or are authorised to represent the business.
Confirmation through the business’s official email address, website or publicly available telephone number.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. ViewMonaco may contact the business, request additional evidence, reject incomplete or unverifiable claims, or suspend access while an ownership dispute is reviewed.
Keep your address, contact information, opening hours, website and business description current.
Present your products, services and key information clearly to people searching across Monaco.
Manage the claimed profile from your ViewMonaco account, subject to the features available in your plan.
Accurate business information helps visitors, residents and professionals make informed decisions.
Claiming a business profile verifies who is authorised to manage it. It does not automatically activate a paid plan. Available tools and promotional features depend on the ViewMonaco plan connected to the listing.
Once access is approved, the account holder is responsible for using the profile lawfully and keeping the published information accurate.
ViewMonaco may reject or revoke a claim where the information supplied is false, misleading, unauthorised or cannot be verified. Access may also be suspended during an ownership or authorisation dispute.
