Official Visitor Information

Where to ask for help during your visit

Monaco’s official tourist information services provide a direct point of contact for visitors who need destination information, maps or practical guidance while in the Principality.

There are two particularly useful visitor points: the main Tourist Office on boulevard des Moulins and an information desk inside Monaco-Monte-Carlo railway station.

The station desk is especially convenient when arriving in Monaco by train, while the main office provides a central dedicated visitor-information location.

Visitor Information Points

Two official places to get tourist information

Choose the main Tourist Office or the railway-station information desk according to where you are in Monaco.

Opening arrangements can change for exceptional dates or operational reasons. Check VisitMonaco before making a special journey solely to visit an information office.

Visitor Assistance

When an official information point can help

Use the tourist information service when you need local orientation or official visitor information rather than browsing individual listings.

Maps & Orientation

Ask for help understanding Monaco’s districts, major visitor areas and the connections between different parts of the Principality.

Attractions & Visits

Get official destination information about Monaco’s visitor attractions, museums and cultural sites.

Current Information

An official information desk is useful when a visitor question depends on current conditions rather than general travel guidance.

Local Connections

Ask for orientation when connecting visitor attractions with transport or different Monaco districts.

Accessibility

Visitor-information staff can provide guidance relevant to accessible routes and services in the Principality.

General Visitor Questions

Use the information service when you cannot find the answer within a more specific ViewMonaco practical or destination guide.

Published Opening Hours

Plan your visit to the information desks

VisitMonaco currently publishes daily opening hours for both visitor-information locations.

Because schedules can occasionally change, check the official website when visiting specifically to speak with tourism staff.
