Official Inauguration of MonacoPhil 2026
MonacoPhil formally opens its 2026 edition on Thursday 3 December at One Monte-Carlo, bringing together invited guests and representatives of the global philatelic community before the specialist exhibitions and trade show begin.
Opening an international philatelic showcase
The inauguration marks the launch of a programme built around the exhibition of 100 World Philatelic Rarities, a thematic display on the postal history of Sub-Saharan Africa and the international collectors’ trade show. The ceremonial launch is separate from the exhibitions themselves, which are listed individually on ViewMonaco.
Good to know
Thursday 3 December 2026. The provisional organiser programme suggests approximately 9:30 AM, but flags that time as unconfirmed; ViewMonaco therefore does not display a fixed start time. Attendance is by invitation only, with no public inauguration tickets.
