MonacoPhil’s international programme begins with a formal welcome cocktail hosted by Monaco’s Office des Émissions de Timbres-Poste on Wednesday 2 December 2026. Representatives from the Monegasque authorities and the international philatelic world are expected to attend.
A ceremonial welcome
The invitation-only reception offers participating collectors, organisations and specialists an opportunity to meet ahead of the rare-stamp exhibitions and philatelic trade show. It recognises the collaboration behind the event and the Principality’s longstanding connection to stamp design and postal heritage.
