Club Oceano – Polar Explorers
Club Oceano – Polar Explorers is a five-day marine science programme for children aged 6 to 12 at the Oceanographic Museum of Monaco, running from Monday 26 to Friday 30 October 2026.
A week exploring the polar regions
This Club Oceano session focuses on the Arctic and Antarctic, introducing children to polar landscapes, wildlife and the essential role these regions play in the global climate system. Through a mix of scientific discovery, practical activities, observation, games and creative work, participants explore why polar ecosystems are both extraordinary and fragile.
The programme is designed as a full week of learning and experimentation, led by the museum’s scientific mediators. Children are encouraged to investigate, ask questions and connect marine science with the broader challenge of protecting the planet’s most vulnerable environments.
