Beyond Barriers – Executive Edition
Club Vivanova brings its Beyond Barriers – Executive Edition to the Fairmont Monte Carlo on 29 October 2026 for an invitation-only evening focused on leadership, mindset and executive networking. The experience is led by Riddhi Saboo Tahalramani, founder and CEO of RST Acceptance Coach, and is designed for senior decision-makers, entrepreneurs and business leaders.
Leadership and mindset in an executive setting
The core session explores the personal barriers, assumptions and perspectives that can influence leadership, decision-making and professional growth. The format is interactive, with the aim of encouraging participants to examine how internal patterns may affect the way they lead teams, manage change and respond to pressure.
The evening combines the two-hour executive experience with a welcome reception and a final networking session, creating space for discussion among Club Vivanova members, partners and invited VIP guests.
Evening programme
The programme begins at 6:00 PM with a welcome reception, premium wine bar and gourmet canapés. Beyond Barriers – Executive Edition starts at 6:30 PM, followed by executive networking from 8:30 PM until the close at 9:00 PM.
