Jorge Luís Prats – Piano Recital
Cuban pianist Jorge Luís Prats comes to the Auditorium Rainier III for a recital devoted to the music of Isaac Albéniz, one of the defining figures of Spanish piano repertoire. Presented as part of the Orchestre Philharmonique de Monte-Carlo’s 2026–2027 Grande Saison, the evening places the piano alone at the centre of the programme and offers audiences the opportunity to hear a performer internationally admired for his virtuosity, rhythmic vitality and strongly individual musical personality.
The recital is scheduled for Thursday 14 January 2027 at 19:30. Albéniz’s music combines dazzling keyboard writing with colours and rhythms inspired by different regions of Spain, making this programme particularly appealing both to dedicated classical-music listeners and to visitors looking for a distinctive cultural evening in Monaco. The Auditorium Rainier III is one of the Principality’s principal concert venues, located close to Port Hercule. Ticket availability and any final programme details should be checked on the official OPMC website before attending.
