How the claim process works
Search for your business, open the listing and click “Claim Now”. You will be asked to submit your contact details and verification information. Our team will review the request before approving access.

Use ViewMonaco search or browse the listings to find your existing business profile.
Open the listing
Visit your business page and scroll to the claim section. Click “Claim Now” to start the request.
Submit your details
Complete the verification form with your business email, phone number and supporting details.
If your business is not listed yet
If you cannot find your business on ViewMonaco, you can submit a new listing instead. Choose “Add Your Business” and follow the listing submission process.

Where do I find the “Claim Now” button?
Open your business listing on ViewMonaco and scroll through the page. If claiming is available, you will see the “Claim Now” option on the listing page.
What information do I need to provide?
You may be asked for your name, business email, phone number and verification details showing that you are connected to the business.
Can I claim a business that is not yet listed?
No. If your business is not already listed, you should submit a new listing through the Add Your Business process.
Who reviews claim requests?
Claim requests are reviewed by the ViewMonaco team before access is approved. This helps protect listing accuracy and business ownership.
