Through a mix of scientific discovery, practical activities, observation, games and creative work, participants explore why polar ecosystems are both extraordinary and fragile.\nThe programme is designed as a full week of learning and experimentation, led by the museum’s scientific mediators. Children are encouraged to investigate, ask questions and connect marine science with the broader challenge of protecting the planet’s most vulnerable environments.\nProgramme and practical information\nThe Polar Explorers session runs from 26 to 30 October 2026, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Club Oceano is reserved for children aged 6 to 12, divided into two age groups: 6–8 and 9–12.\nRegistration is for the complete five-day programme only. The official price is €450 per child for the week, with lunch and an afternoon snack included.
